new owners are trying but need to clean house. get a new menu and upgrade to some better quality food products. beer is good and cold
I don't know why I fool myself into thinking that maybe just one time they won't eff up my order. But they never fail to drop the ball hard. The food used to be great, and We've been customers for years but it's only gotten worse.
The good is good. Bartenders know your name and remember you. The girls are awesome. Bands are great also. And karaoke is fun. GREAT place to hang out five stars to them.
Absolutely rediculous. I ordered over the phone, "20 minutes". No problem. I get there, place is empty. Stand there for 10 minutes to finally here, "I'll be right with you". Ten minutes later, "so... I was doing prep work and I forgot your pizzas were in the oven. They burned. Life happens, right?"
Hardly ever delivers food. Last two weeks in a row. Don't say you deliver if you dont!
20 more minutes. No apology, garbage. The place has definitely gone downhill since Chris sold to these people.
I've gotten completely raw burgers, burnt pizzas, wilted salads, and a plethora of wrong orders that sometimes take an hour or more to get across the street. For a specific example, this evening I ordered loaded cheese fries without the cheese sauce, add extra mozz.. I got a big pile of mozzarella cheese, nasty nacho sauce, a few soggy fries, and ZERO bacon or jalapeño. I'm done trying.
