The best place to camp
Love this place, have gone there for the past few years with our big family 30-40 people and always had a great time. Fireworks are cool. But being on the river is the best part. To sit in the middle with a chair, sun beaming and water feels great. Could use better up keep on the bathrooms. But a great place!!!!
It's a wonderful campground. We go 2-3 times a summer starting memorial day weekend.
The horse racing derby , the dances, and the all around family and friendly atmosphere.
Campground looks decent, went to visit some family staying here and the staff member chased us down in his truck, smoking a cig, started swearing at us and saying we were driving to fast. Literally going 6 MPH. Guy sounded half drunk too.
